Carol Ann Abrams, 85, of Whitesboro, NY passed away peacefully on Monday, January 12,
2026, at Wynn Hospital.
She was born on April 24, 1940, in Rochester, NY, the daughter of the late Sidney Bowman
and Irene (Gress) Bowman. She grew up in Webster, NY where she attended school. In 1958, Carol married Ronald R. Abrams at the Church of the Good Shepard in Webster,
NY.
Carol worked in manufacturing, retail and service industries and was the manager of the
Hemstrought’s Bakery in Clinton, NY.
She loved decorating, gardening and was an avid Yankees fan. She donated to numerous
charity organizations.
She is survived by her son, David (Denise) Abrams of Apalachin; her grandchildren, Alyssa (Greg) McNulty of Orchard Park, Cassandra Abrams (Nate Savelli) of Binghamton, Cory Abrams of Utica and Brandon Abrams of Georgia; her great-granddaughter, Elinor Grace McNulty; her many nephews/nieces including Bob and Debi Rauber of Florida; her sister in life, Marlene Spellman; daughter in law Tanya Abrams and dear friends Julie and Randy Ramsey.
She was predeceased by her parents; her bother Thomas, her sisters Shirley, Rose and
Joyce; her son Ricky (Tanya) Abrams of Georgia and her ex-husband Ronald Abrams.
The family would like to thank Marilyn Brown for all her help, kindness and love for Carol.
